COATS FOR CUBS, FUR-FREE CAMPAIGN
Help Stop the Cruel Fur Industry.”>
Help Stop the Cruel Fur Industry.
For the third year, I will be collecting and shipping all donated fur and fur-trim items to the Humane Society of the U.S. as part of the Coats for Cubs campaign.
If you have an unwanted fur item at home, you can give it back to the animals as a tax-deductible donation to the Humane Society.
The fur will be used to warm and comfort orphaned and injured wildlife. All of the furs are sent to licensed wildlife rehabilitators, who then use the furs as bedding and nesting material for the animals in their care.
You can drop off your fur donation 7 days a week, at THE CLINIC AT COUNTRY ESTATE KENNELS, 4838 Arthur Kill Road (near the Outerbridge), or SOUTH SHORE VETERINARY PRACTICE, 125 New Dorp Lane. Please be sure to label your fur donation with your name and address if you would like a letter from the Humane Society for income tax purposes.
